I Grew Up 80s | Joy of Decks

Vinyl Van in collaboration with Dorset Museum will open its doors from 7.30 – 10 pm in our iconic Victorian Hall and invite customers to take over the decks, spinning their favorite tunes as part of a special 1980s-themed Joy of Decks event.

Attendees will be able to bring 2-3 records from the 1980s to play, or choose from a selection provided on the night.

There will also be a chance to go and explore our I Grew up 80s Exhibition across the night.

Vinyl Van is a funky, independent record shop in Brewery Square Dorchester with a selection of new and preloved vinyl. You’ll find an eclectic mix of Reggae, Hip Hop, Soul, Funk, World, Electronic, Jazz, Blues, Ska, Rock, Pop, and more. They also sell books, prints, record crates, clothing, and jewellery.
