Dorset Museum and Art Gallery’s refund policy is as below. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

Shop Purchases

Dorset Museum & Art Gallery is happy to offer an exchange and/or refund on any full-price purchase if returned within 14 days in unused, original condition and with a valid till receipt. This offer is not valid against sale/discounted items.

Customers are obliged to take reasonable care and supervise children when in the shop. Please note that customers are liable to pay for any breakages resulting from a failure to take due care whilst shopping.

Event Tickets

Cancellations may be made and will be refunded in full up to 7 working days in advance of the event. Cancellations after this date will not be eligible for refund and this includes no-shows on the event day.
