Relaxed Family Opening
30 August 2022, 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Visitors can explore Dorset Museum during this relaxed opening for children with neurodiverse conditions and other sensory processing difficulties. Explore the exhibition and galleries with sound levels at a minimum and screens turned off. There will also be light-touch activities in the Learning Centre.
Best for children aged five to 15. Siblings are welcome. It is essential that all visitors book a ticket prior to arrival as places will be limited.
Tickets: £10 per family. Max 10 families.

Paul Nash in Dorset | Professor Paul Gough
This richly illustrated lecture explores over 80 Paul Nash artworks created from the mid-1930s until his death in 1946. They range from ancient places such as Maiden Castle and Badbury Rings to the limestone promontories and fossilised forests on the Purbeck coast.
